Join us for an intense (but enjoyable) hands-on day as Shari takes us through the following. Registration/networking will begin at 9:30 a.m. We will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m., have a 30-minute working lunch and finish the day between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

- Outline steps to move from convincing and chasing members to join to motivating members to invest
- Work as a group to create tools to take back to your chamber
Membership Engagement and Retention
- Discuss best practices as a group and from the Chamber industry
- What does engagement mean to our different member segments?
- Maximizing staff and/or Ambassador team member engagement
- Outline new strategies to implement back at each Chamber
The day will be followed up by a complementary webinar a week or so later on LinkedIn and will be a hands-on LinkedIn session focusing on:
- Maximize Chamber LinkedIn Group and individual LinkedIn profiles
- Determine strategy for recruitment and retention of members
- Learn why this is a tool for relevant member engagement
