Since joining NCDS in 1995, Tom DiFiore has directed fundraising campaigns as an on-site project director; supervised NCDS staff as vice president of project operations; and helped develop new clients and markets as a senior officer. Because of his intimate, hands-on experience with hundreds of campaigns and feasibility analyses, he offers NCDS clients valuable insight and knowledge of all fundraising issues.
Tom’s and NCDS’ experience and expertise in developing, positioning, and funding initiatives that require financial support from private and public stakeholders have helped establish the firm as a national leader in its industry. He is particularly skilled in navigating community dynamics and building consensus among key leaders to ensure full funding of client programs. His influence can be seen in longtime NCDS client communities such Tacoma WA, Mobile AL, and Sioux Falls SD and in places where he and NCDS helped launch new organizations, programs, and projects, including Missoula MT, Joplin MO, Bloomington-Normal IL, Redmond WA, Mankato MN, Birmingham AL, Erie, PA and many others.
