The Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce is the largest advocate and resource for all businesses in Elgin, Illinois. We provide our members and the Elgin community with benefits, services, information, and programs that produce successful results in all aspects of business, maintain our positive economic environment, and improve the overall quality of life in the Fox Valley.

Located in the heart of historic Elgin, Illinois, the Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce has an honored history for being the leader in the Fox Valley business community. We are the largest professional organization of our kind in Northern Kane County. While our principle activities are within the Elgin City limits, we also service businesses and communities in the surrounding area.

Founded in 1908, the Elgin Area Chamber provides its members with benefits, services and programs that produce successful results in all aspects of business. We seek to maintain our positive economic environment and work to improve the overall quality of life in the Fox Valley.

The Elgin Area Chamber consists of a voluntary membership of approximately 700 businesses and is administered by a professional staff. Our goals are achieved through the active participation and interaction of our member firms in a cooperative and coordinated effort with the entire community.
